Who We Are

Shore Gourmet is a non profit 501 © 6 whose charter is to help Eastern Shore & Delmarva value added food producers develop products, that will then be marketable in a variety of locations such as specialty stores, restaurants etc.

We provide this program free of charge to farmers and individual food producers.

Our purpose is to assist in the development of products. If we do not have the expertise to help with a specific part of product production we will send direct you to one of our consultants that can.
